Returns and Exchange Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days for a full refund. If the item has been worn, we will gladly make an exchange or offer you store credit for a future purchase.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your item, it may be returned for a refund within 90 days.
Once your return is received and inspected at the Distribution Center (usually within 3 days of receipt) your refund will be processed within 7 days. Please note that once Tucket Footwear initiates the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.
If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please fill out all of the information especially if you will be exchanging the item for a different color or size. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
FREE SHIPPING includes the 48 contiguous United States: ... Alaska, Hawaii and outside the United States will incur additional shipping charges.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item is found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please allow up to two weeks for the exchange order to be processed. Exchange orders will be sent out by Regular Service.
In the event of a dispute between you and us arising under or relating to any items you purchased, used, or saw on our website, including any claim concerning trademark, copyright, patent, warranty, or otherwise, shall be resolved by binding arbitration if either side requests it. Such arbitration to be held in the Birmingham Alabama metropolitan area. THIS MEANS IF EITHER YOU OR WE CHOOSE ARBITRATION, NEITHER PARTY SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE SUCH CLAIM IN COURT OR TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL. ALSO DISCOVERY AND APPEAL RIGHTS ARE LIMITED IN ARBITRATION. ARBITRATION MUST BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. THIS MEANS NEITHER YOU NOR WE MAY JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS IN ARBITRATION BY OR AGAINST OTHER CARDMEMBERS, OR LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER OF A CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY.
